Responsibilities
- Architect 2026+ innovation roadmaps using scenario planning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (AI ethics, climate tech, neuro interfaces)
- Develop predictive models for market disruption and technological convergence
- Advise C-suite on emerging risks and opportunities in exponential tech domains
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation ecosystems
- Present foresight insights to stakeholders through compelling visual narratives
- Curate annual 'Future Horizons' summit for industry thought leaders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or futurism with Fortune 500 experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record of launching exponential technologies (quantum, AI, synthetic biology)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (Web3, AGI, climate tech)
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (e.g., CFS, APF)
- Publishing record in futurist journals or thought leadership platforms
- Experience with horizon scanning and weak signal detection methodologies
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ future-impacting projects implemented
