As a pivotal member of our Future Labs division, you'll work alongside C-suite executives, R&D teams, and venture partners to identify paradigm shifts in AI, biotechnology, quantum computing, and sustainable systems. Your insights will directly shape product roadmaps, investment priorities, and organizational resilience in an era of unprecedented change.
Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and socio-economic shifts to forecast 2026+ market opportunities
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps integrating emerging technologies with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable R&D initiatives
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of academic, industry, and government futurist networks
- Author high-impact thought leadership reports and executive briefings on future scenarios
- Advose on ethical frameworks for emerging technologies and societal impact
- Quantify market potential and risk factors for frontier technologies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, climate tech)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercialized innovations
- Exceptional data synthesis and scenario modeling capabilities
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futurist journals or top-tier media
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on technology disruption
