Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech/societal trends to forecast 2026 market landscapes and disruption vectors
- Design strategic innovation roadmaps with 3-5 year horizons and measurable KPIs
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable R&D priorities
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for volatile futures (climate, geopolitical, tech)
- Partner with product teams to embed future-readiness into roadmaps
- Present trend forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Build and lead a network of futurist thought leaders across industries
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused tech leadership
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into enterprise strategy
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and disruption modeling
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3)
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Experience with strategic frameworks (e.g., STEEP, Delphi Method)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership on future trends or innovation strategy
