Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, socio-economic shifts, and cultural trends to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for product innovation and market positioning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-facing initiatives
- Author high-impact foresight reports and trend briefs for executive decision-making
- Identify disruptive threats and opportunities across global markets and industries
- Partner with R&D to translate foresight into tangible innovation pipelines
- Represent Horizon Labs at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Deep understanding of AI, biotech, quantum computing, and sustainability trends
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Strong network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
