Responsibilities

- Develop strategic innovation frameworks for Fortune 500 clients adopting future-ready business models
- Lead scenario-planning workshops to prepare organizations for disruptive market transitions
- Author forward-looking thought leadership published in journals like Future Studies Review
- Mentor a multidisciplinary team of futurists, data scientists, and design strategists
- Partner with C-suite executives to embed innovation into corporate DNA
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Portfolio demonstrating published future-scenario frameworks or trend analysis
- Deep expertise in exponential technology convergence patterns
- Experience advising C-suite on transformational strategy execution
- Proficiency in horizon scanning tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
- Exceptional storytelling skills to translate complex futures into actionable insights
