Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year strategic roadmaps for AI ethics, quantum adoption, and neuro-technology integration
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with robotics, AR/VR, and blockchain teams
- Conduct horizon-scanning research on geopolitical tech disruptions and regulatory shifts
- Design and facilitate scenario-planning workshops for C-suite executives
- Architect patent portfolios for emergent tech paradigms (neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology)
- Partner with venture capital arms to identify and acquire disruptive startups
- Publish industry foresight reports on metaverse economics and autonomous systems
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent with 7+ years tech strategy experience
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging tech (3+ successful launches)
- Expertise in exponential technology forecasting (Singularity University certification preferred)
- Deep knowledge of AI governance frameworks and quantum computing architectures
- Exceptional stakeholder management with Fortune 500 board experience
- Published author or speaker at Web Summit, CES, or similar forums
- Fluency in Python/R for trend modeling and scenario simulation
- Portfolio demonstrating at least 2 paradigm-shifting innovation frameworks
