Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal shifts to forecast industry disruptions through 2030
- Develop strategic roadmaps for innovation initiatives aligned with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable R&D priorities
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify and evaluate disruptive startups
- Author thought leadership content (whitepapers, keynote speeches) positioning our vision
- Establish KPIs for innovation success and track progress against 2026 milestones
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 8+ years in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record translating foresight into commercialized products/services
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies and systemic change modeling
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) preferred
- Published research on 4th Industrial Revolution impacts
