Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and socio-economic shifts to forecast industry trajectories through 2026
- Develop and implement strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with organizational growth objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate future-focused products and services
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate foresight into corporate strategy and decision-making
- Produce high-impact reports and presentations for stakeholders on emerging opportunities and risks
- Build and maintain a network of thought leaders, researchers, and industry disruptors
- Drive adoption of future-proofing methodologies across business units
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, Innovation Management, or related field
- Minimum 7 years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year strategic plans
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systemic analysis methodologies
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience delivering executive-level insights
- Strong understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy (preferred)
