Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop comprehensive scenario planning frameworks for Fortune 500 clients in high-growth sectors
- Architect innovation roadmaps integrating AI, blockchain, and sustainable technologies
- Present foresight findings to C-suite executives through compelling data visualizations and strategic narratives
- Manage cross-functional research teams to validate trend hypotheses and market readiness
- Co-create thought leadership publications positioning clients as future-ready pioneers
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or equivalent field
- 8+ years experience in strategic consulting or corporate innovation with Fortune 500 clients
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology forecasting methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech ecosystems (AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with experience translating complex insights into executive action plans
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFIP) or equivalent professional credential
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 5+ year foresight projects with measurable business impact
