Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy predictive frameworks for 2026+ market trends and technological disruptions
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives identifying breakthrough innovations across AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Architect strategic roadmaps for product development aligned with 5-year future-state scenarios
- Facilitate executive workshops translating foresight into investment priorities
- Build and lead a global network of futurists and industry thought leaders
- Author seminal white papers on emerging paradigm shifts
- Champion human-centric design principles in all innovation outputs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology leadership
- Proven track record translating future trends into commercialized solutions
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep fluency in at least three emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ paradigm-shifting initiatives launched
- Certification in Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
