Responsibilities

- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) for commercial viability
- Design strategic partnerships with research institutions and innovation hubs
- Present trend-driven insights to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations
- Oversee pilot programs for futuristic concepts in virtual and augmented environments
- Build and mentor a team of futurists and innovation analysts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning with 3+ in futurism or trend analysis
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts to market-ready products
- Expertise in scenario modeling and technology impact assessment
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex future scenarios
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
