Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate futuristic concepts
- Conduct horizon-scanning research to identify disruptive trends for 2026
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and global innovation hubs
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for global market volatility
- Mentor junior strategists in future-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation, or futurist roles within tech/consulting
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/services
- Expertise in emerging tech trends and systemic foresight methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business, or Engineering (PhD preferred)
- Exceptional data storytelling with executive presentation skills
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (e.g., HBR, Wired)
- Experience leading global teams across 3+ continents
