- Develop scenario-planning models for disruptive market shifts and competitive landscape evolution
- Partner with product teams to translate futuristic concepts into actionable development pipelines
- Present visionary insights to executive stakeholders and board members through compelling narratives

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/services with 3+ year lead times
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
