Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and societal shifts to identify opportunities for 2026+
- Develop comprehensive innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to foster future-thinking culture and ideation
- Present strategic insights to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-focused innovations into development pipelines
- Monitor and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for strategic adoption
- Author thought leadership content and industry foresight reports
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Innovation Management, Technology Strategy, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating future insights into commercial success
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFIP) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating future-focused projects or published research
