Responsibilities
- Scan horizon for emerging technologies and market trends to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop strategic roadmaps for 2026+ product innovations using scenario planning and foresight methodologies
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing rapid prototyping and validation of futuristic concepts
- Present compelling vision narratives to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Establish KPIs to track innovation pipeline maturity and market adoption
- Collaborate with R&D to integrate breakthrough technologies into product roadmaps
- Author thought leadership publications on future industry disruptions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Innovation, Futures Studies, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, product innovation, or technology consulting
- Proven expertise in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, horizon scanning)
- Deep understanding of AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence trends
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex future scenarios
- Experience launching at least two market-defining products
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Portfolio of published future trend analyses or innovation frameworks
