- Analyze global megatrends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and translate insights into actionable strategic frameworks
- Develop scenario-planning models for 2026+ market landscapes across healthcare, finance, and sustainability sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate breakthrough products and services
- Author thought leadership content (whitepapers, keynotes) positioning Nexus Horizons as a future-shaping authority
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify emerging startups and disruptive technologies
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and technology roadmapping
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS) strongly preferred
