Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year innovation roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen systems using agile methodologies
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive opportunities
- Secure strategic partnerships with research institutions and industry pioneers
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and investors for funding alignment
- Mentor emerging talent through our Future Leaders program
- Drive patent development and intellectual property strategy
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology innovation with 5+ years in strategic foresight
- Proven track record of launching market-disrupting products/services
- Expertise in emerging tech: AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent advanced degree preferred
- Exceptional communication skills for complex stakeholder alignment
- Experience leading $10M+ innovation budgets
- Published thought leadership in tech/innovation publications
