Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 strategic innovation roadmaps using scenario planning and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping AI/quantum/IoT solutions for next-gen markets
- Secure $2M+ in annual innovation funding through stakeholder presentations
- Establish partnerships with MIT Media Lab, NASA, and Stanford Future Science Labs
- Mentor 8+ innovators through our Future Leaders Accelerator Program
- Present quarterly disruption briefings to C-suite and board members
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or futurist roles with unicorn-scale impact
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging tech (AI, quantum, bioengineering)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent
- Published thought leadership in MIT Tech Review or Harvard Business Review
- Fluency in at least two future forecasting methodologies (Delphi, Cross-Impact Matrix)
- Portfolio of 3+ patented innovations with $50M+ market validation
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks for 2026 tech landscapes (EU AI Act, US AI Bill)
