- Advise C-suite executives on emerging tech adoption strategies
- Produce strategic foresight reports and trend analysis briefings
- Build partnerships with academic research institutions and startups
- Design and implement innovation governance frameworks
- Mentor teams in future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic innovation or technology consulting
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year future scenarios
- Expertise in AI, biotech, or climate tech disruption analysis
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFIP preferred)
- Published thought leadership in future studies
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning tools
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
