Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the 2026 technology innovation roadmap through market analysis and trend forecasting
- Lead cross-functional pods in prototyping next-gen solutions for quantum computing and neurotech applications
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech startups
- Present innovation frameworks to executive stakeholders and secure R&D funding
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation team with diverse expertise
- Monitor emerging technologies and regulatory landscapes to identify competitive advantages
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership with proven track record in emerging tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurist Studies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech, etc.)
- Exceptional strategic planning and scenario modeling capabilities
- Published thought leadership in futurist publications or tech journals
- Experience securing multi-million dollar innovation budgets
- Certification in Futures Thinking or equivalent foresight methodology
