Qualifications
- 10+ years in AI/ML with 5+ years in strategic planning
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends (2018-2023)

- Published research in AI ethics or futurism (IEEE, Nature)
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (EU AI Act, US AI Bill of Rights)
