Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ technology roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and design teams
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging market disruptors and opportunities
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board stakeholders with data-backed recommendations
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track progress against 2026 milestones
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies and innovation frameworks
- Collaborate with global partners to build open innovation ecosystems
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futures research
