Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market disruption forecasts
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AGI, biotech integration) for strategic adoption
- Lead cross-functional innovation initiatives spanning R&D, product, and commercial teams
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning for 2026+ market landscapes
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and investment committees
- Build and mentor a future-focused innovation task force
- Secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ in emerging tech roles
- Proven track record in launching disruptive products/services post-2020
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, decentralized systems, or neurotech
- MBA or advanced degree in Technology/Engineering preferred
- Strong financial modeling skills for tech ROI forecasting
- Published thought leadership in future technology trends
- Experience leading cross-continental innovation teams
