Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology vision roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in quantum AI and biotech convergence
- Identify emerging tech trends and create strategic implementation frameworks
- Manage $50M+ innovation portfolio with venture-style risk/reward analysis
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board of directors quarterly
- Mentor next-gen engineers through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology leadership with 5+ years in future-tech roles
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field (or equivalent innovation impact)
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Proven track record of commercializing breakthrough technologies
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or sustainable energy
- Exceptional communication skills for executive and technical audiences
- Fluency in at least one programming language (Python preferred)
