- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Present technology vision to C-suite stakeholders and board members
- Establish KPIs for innovation portfolio and track ROI of strategic initiatives

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ in executive leadership roles
- Proven track record in developing and implementing multi-year tech roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, Web3, AR/VR)
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Experience scaling technology operations in high-growth environments
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills with data-driven decision making
