Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology roadmap aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead R&D initiatives in emerging fields including quantum AI, biotech convergence, and climate-positive tech
- Establish strategic partnerships with Silicon Valley disruptors and academic research institutions
- Present technology visions to executive stakeholders and investors through compelling data-driven narratives
- Mentor a team of 10+ technologists and innovators in rapid prototyping and agile development
- Drive patent development and IP strategy for proprietary 2026-era innovations
- Monitor global tech policy developments and advocate for forward-thinking regulatory frameworks
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Proven track record leading multi-million dollar R&D initiatives with measurable ROI
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals or conference proceedings (NeurIPS, Nature, etc.)
- Deep understanding of exponential tech trends and Singularity University methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence and public speaking expertise
- Experience scaling tech teams from 10 to 100+ professionals in high-growth environments
- Portfolio demonstrating at least three commercially deployed breakthrough innovations
