- Create scenario-based forecasts for AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology integration
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype and validate future technology concepts
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and board members
- Establish KPIs to measure technology adoption and impact on business growth
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Computer Science, or Business Strategy
- 8+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains (AI, quantum, biotech, AR/VR)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management capabilities
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
