- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation team of 10+ engineers and researchers

Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record in developing and implementing future-focused tech roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, quantum, etc.)
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business preferred
