Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology strategy aligning with post-2025 market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum-AI hybrid systems
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology)
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI deployment
- Drive innovation sprints with venture capital partners
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Develop patent portfolios for breakthrough innovations
Qualifications
- MS/MBA in Technology Strategy, Computer Science, or related field
- 8+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven experience with emerging tech adoption (quantum, blockchain, AR)
- Deep knowledge of ethical AI frameworks and regulatory landscapes
- Track record of launching future-focused products/services
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis
- Certification in Technology Innovation Management (TIM) preferred
