Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligned with market trends and company vision
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with transformative potential (quantum computing, neural interfaces, etc.)
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Present technology roadmaps to C-suite executives and board members
- Ensure all initiatives adhere to ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) standards
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership role
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products/services
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong stakeholder management across technical and business domains
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certifications in emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing, AI Ethics) preferred
