As a key member of our Executive Strategy team, you'll collaborate with C-suite leaders, research scientists, and product architects to identify and prioritize breakthrough technologies. You'll translate complex technological trends into actionable business strategies while fostering a culture of innovation and experimentation.
Responsibilities
- Lead development of the 2026 technology innovation roadmap and strategic implementation plan
- Identify, analyze, and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, neural interfaces, advanced AI) for commercial viability
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions and validate technical feasibility
- Present strategic technology recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions, research labs, and tech pioneers
- Establish KPIs to measure technology adoption impact and ROI
- Mentor cross-functional teams on future technology integration
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum systems, advanced AI, biotech convergence, or space tech
- Experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Strong financial modeling skills for technology investment analysis
- Certification in technology foresight (e.g., Horizon Scanning) preferred
