- Present strategic insights to executive leadership and Board of Directors with data-driven recommendations
- Manage a $10M+ innovation budget and oversee vendor/partner ecosystems for next-gen technologies
- Mentor a team of 8+ technical strategists and innovation specialists
- Represent the company at global tech summits and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in technology strategy, innovation management, or C-suite leadership roles
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused initiatives with measurable ROI
- Expertise in at least three emerging technology domains (AI, quantum, biotech, AR/VR, or blockchain)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into strategic narratives
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
