Responsibilities

- Conduct competitive analysis and market research for emerging technologies
- Secure $10M+ in R&D funding through grant proposals and venture partnerships
- Present strategic vision to C-suite executives and board members
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption and ROI measurement
- Mentor junior researchers in future-focused development methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record of launching successful tech products post-2020
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, biotech, AI)
- Experience securing federal grants and corporate innovation funding
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, IEEE)
- Strong background in technology ethics and responsible innovation frameworks
- Exceptional strategic planning and stakeholder management skills
- Fluency in future forecasting methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning)
