- Lead cross-functional pods of engineers, designers, and futurists
- Secure $5M+ annual innovation budget through data-driven ROI projections
- Pioneer industry standards for ethical AI deployment and digital sovereignty
- Present strategic visions to C-suite and board stakeholders quarterly
- Manage vendor ecosystems for cutting-edge prototyping capabilities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in futurist/innovation roles
- Proven track record launching scalable tech products with $100M+ market impact
- Expertise in emerging tech frameworks (blockchain, quantum, AR/VR) implementation
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Certifications in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFAP) or Technology Architecture
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful moonshot projects
