As a key member of our R&D division, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify disruptive opportunities, evaluate emerging technologies, and develop implementation frameworks. You'll shape our innovation pipeline while ensuring alignment with market demands and sustainability goals.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap with quantifiable impact metrics
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, synthetic biology) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Build and maintain partnerships with leading research institutions and tech incubators
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscapes to maintain first-mover advantage
- Drive sustainable innovation practices across all development initiatives
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products with $10M+ revenue impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in at least three emerging technology domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Experience with scenario planning and technology roadmapping frameworks
- Strong network connections with global research institutions and VCs
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Technology Innovation Management preferred
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed tech journals
