Responsibilities
- Architect 2026+ technology roadmaps by identifying emerging trends in AI, quantum computing, biotech, and decentralized systems
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate next-generation digital experiences
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs to capture cutting-edge innovations
- Translate complex technological concepts into actionable business strategies for executive stakeholders
- Establish innovation governance frameworks to ensure ethical deployment of transformative technologies
- Drive market research initiatives to anticipate societal shifts and technology adoption patterns
- Mentor a team of futurists and innovation specialists to cultivate world-changing ideas
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging technology leadership
- Proven track record of launching at least two industry-disrupting technology initiatives
- Expertise in at least three emerging technology domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, neurotech, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Innovation Management; PhD preferred
- Exceptional strategic foresight with ability to visualize 5-10 year technology landscapes
- Experience scaling innovation initiatives from concept to global market deployment
- Published thought leadership in top-tier technology publications (Nature, IEEE, etc.)
- Deep understanding of ethical implications and societal impact of emerging technologies
