Responsibilities
- Design and execute the 2026 technology innovation strategy aligned with ESG objectives
- Lead AI/ML and quantum computing initiatives for enterprise-scale applications
- Identify emerging tech trends through patent analysis and academic partnerships
- Manage $50M+ R&D budget with ROI-driven resource allocation
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite and board of directors quarterly
- Oversee prototyping and POC development in our advanced fabrication labs
- Build strategic partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and global tech consortiums
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field (MS with 10+ years experience)
- 5+ years in strategic tech leadership at Fortune 500 or unicorn startup
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (AI/quantum/biotech)
- Deep expertise in tech forecasting and scenario planning methodologies
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier journals
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum circuit design (Qiskit)
- Experience managing international R&D teams across 3+ continents
- Security clearance or ability to obtain US government clearance
