- Manage $5M+ innovation budget with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Represent company at global tech summits and policy forums
- Mentor senior engineers on emerging technology adoption frameworks
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify paradigm-shifting opportunities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ in future-tech roles
- Proven track record scaling tech products from concept to $100M+ ARR
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum, AR/VR, or synthetic biology
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or MIT Technology Review
- PhD in CS/Engineering or equivalent from top-tier institution
- Fluency in futures methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning)
- Experience securing federal/state innovation grants
