Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026 technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (AI, blockchain, IoT)
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with competitive analysis
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Manage $5M+ annual innovation budget with ROI-focused allocation
- Establish industry partnerships with leading research institutions and startups
- Mentor junior strategists and publish thought leadership in tech journals
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record launching disruptive tech products with measurable impact
- Expertise in at least 3 emerging technology domains (quantum, AI, AR/VR, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy
- Certification in Futures Studies or Technology Foresight preferred
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Strong executive communication with board-level presentation experience
- Published author or speaker at major tech conferences (CES, Web Summit)
