Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive 2026+ technology strategy roadmap aligned with market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate emerging technologies (AI, quantum, bio-tech)
- Establish KPIs and success metrics for innovation initiatives
- Build strategic partnerships with research institutions and tech pioneers
- Present technology vision to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Monitor global tech landscape and identify disruptive opportunities

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology leadership or innovation management
- Proven track record in emerging tech adoption (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Executive presence with ability to articulate complex technical concepts
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience scaling technology initiatives in Fortune 500 or high-growth startups
- Deep understanding of global tech ecosystems and regulatory landscapes
- Certifications in strategic planning or technology management preferred
- Prior experience with 5-10 year horizon strategic planning
