- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive leadership
- Oversee pilot programs for emerging technologies with measurable ROI analysis
- Drive internal innovation culture through hackathons and future-focused initiatives
- Monitor global tech policy and regulatory developments affecting our strategic direction
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven experience developing long-term technology roadmaps (5+ year horizons)
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, Web3, AR/VR)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical data
