Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven track record of scaling tech initiatives from concept to commercialization
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, neural networks, and carbon-neutral tech
- Exceptional analytical skills with proficiency in scenario modeling tools
- Published author in technology foresight or innovation management
- Experience securing $50M+ in R&D funding from government/private sources
- Certified in Futures Methodology (CFP) or equivalent foresight credential
