Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, aligning with long-term business objectives
- Lead R&D initiatives in emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, neuromorphic AI)
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech labs to pioneer next-gen solutions
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and board members quarterly
- Manage $15M+ innovation budget and resource allocation for strategic projects
- Monitor global tech trends and regulatory shifts, adapting strategies proactively
- Mentor cross-functional teams on future-focused innovation methodologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Proven track record developing commercial strategies for emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Experience scaling innovations from research to market deployment
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations and stakeholder alignment
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Innovation Management (preferred)
