- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions for AI, IoT, and biotech integration
- Analyze emerging tech landscapes (quantum, AR/VR, decentralized systems) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups for R&D acceleration
- Present innovation roadmaps to investors and board members securing $50M+ annual R&D budget
- Drive sustainable technology initiatives targeting net-zero operational impact by 2026
- Mentor emerging tech talent through our Future Leaders incubation program
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Innovation Management; PhD preferred
- 10+ years experience in technology strategy with 5+ years in future-tech foresight
- Proven track record launching at least 3 industry-disrupting products/services
- Expertise in AI/ML frameworks, quantum computing principles, and sustainable tech ecosystems
- Exceptional strategic planning with ability to articulate complex technical concepts to stakeholders
- Experience securing $20M+ in innovation funding through compelling business cases
- Global network connections in Silicon Valley, EU tech hubs, and APAC innovation centers
