Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap with 18-month implementation milestones
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, generative AI, biotech) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Present strategic technology forecasts to investors and board members quarterly
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators for 2026 R&D pipelines
- Establish KPIs for measuring technology adoption ROI and innovation impact
- Author whitepapers on future technology trends for industry thought leadership
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Strategic Innovation (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of launching at least 3 breakthrough tech initiatives
- Expertise in AI/ML frameworks, quantum computing principles, and sustainable tech
- Experience developing 5+ year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep understanding of ethical AI governance and regulatory landscapes
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with experience presenting to C-suite audiences
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or future studies
