Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 technology roadmap focusing on quantum-AI convergence and carbon-negative computing
- Lead R&D initiatives for next-gen human-computer interfaces and decentralized autonomous systems
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for ethical AI governance in post-quantum environments
- Partner with C-suite to align technology investments with ESG 2030 targets
- Represent company at Davos, Web Summit, and MIT Future Conferences
- Mentor emerging technologists through our Quantum Fellows program
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 7+ years industry experience
- Proven track record of shipping breakthrough technologies (3+ patents or major product launches)
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, neuromorphic computing, or blockchain consensus protocols
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act, US Algorithmic Accountability Act, and ISO/IEC 42001
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum simulation frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Exceptional ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
