- Conduct scenario planning for climate-resilient infrastructure and autonomous ecosystems
- Present strategic frameworks to investors and board members through compelling data narratives
- Establish KPIs for measuring technological adoption and societal impact
- Curate partnerships with academic institutions and global innovation hubs
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record launching products with $50M+ ARR in future-facing markets
- Expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, or climate-tech AI
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurism
- Published thought leadership on technology singularity or ethical AI frameworks
- Experience securing federal grants for next-gen infrastructure projects
- Deep network within DARPA, NASA, or equivalent innovation ecosystems
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
