Responsibilities

- Manage $15M annual innovation portfolio with ROI-driven prioritization
- Present strategic insights to executive board and investor committees
- Build and lead a 12-person future technology incubation team

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ in executive leadership roles
- MBA or Master's in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
- Proven experience scaling SaaS products to $100M+ ARR
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotechnology convergence
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation journals
