Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech consulting or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Published research in IEEE or Nature Technology
- Experience with foresight methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics
- Track record of scaling tech startups to IPO
- Security clearance preferred
