Responsibilities

- Secure $5M+ in government/private research grants for quantum initiatives
- Publish 3+ peer-reviewed papers in Nature/Science journals annually
- Collaborate with NASA and DOD on quantum-resistant security protocols
- Drive commercialization of quantum solutions in finance and healthcare sectors
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or equivalent with 8+ years experience
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals (minimum 15 citations)
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum development frameworks
- Proven track record of securing federal research grants (SBIR/STTR)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Experience leading teams of 15+ researchers in high-pressure environments
